Each session will involve an active warm-up followed by a variety of strength, balance, agility, power, and interval drills. Since we emphasize variety and functional/full body exercise, your program will gradually become more challenging as your fitness level improves.
During the session, we target your fat burning zone (60% to 70% of maximum heart rate
) to shape up your body and help you lose fat.
Exercising will reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Through this way, metabolism will increase and aid in the weight loss process. Muscle tissue uses more calories than fat tissue because it has a higher metabolic rate.

Muscle imbalances are often caused by something you do as a habit. We will test your muscles using the Performance Recorder to detect deficiencies and be able to target the training to right areas.
The Performance Recorder is a general-purpose portable strength-measuring device. It consists of an accurate industrial grade strength sensor (0-500 kg) and an accompanying electronics which record the values from the sensor a 100 times per second. The highest recorded force will be shown on the display. After evaluation a program based on your muscle strength will be given to you.
The importance of fitness program after bariatric surgery
During rapid weight loss, many people develop flabby and loose skin. This is the result of burning more muscles than fat. Since fat takes up more volume than muscles it tends to push its way toward the skin bulging and hanging in the folds, giving skin a flabby appearance. As people age, skin also has a tendency to lose its elasticity.
The simple and best solution is to tighten that loose skin as soon as possible during the weight loss process and not after losing weight.
